Fluidra faced the challenge of managing a wide range of products for a variety of customers with specific needs, and understanding how its more than 10 brands were perceived in the market. This was a time- and resource-consuming challenge, so Fluidra chose to implement NetriRals, which allowed them to more quickly activate relevant market information in this online sales environment.
Netrivals provides Fluidra with key information on the perception of its products, facilitating quick access to data on end-consumer interaction. Through its Big Data analysis, Netrivals not only offers product ratings, but also detailed opinions from users, which is fundamental for the brand. In addition, it has a notification system to monitor changes in stock availability in online channels. The Netrivals BI (Business Intelligence) module centralises and optimises this data, improving the quality and quantity of the information available to Fluidra.
